Mark A. Pierce, Inc. has been established since 2006 and was originally located in Woodland Hills, CA. The formation of the corporation was to diversify in 3 different fields of interest: Film Production, Education Consulting, and Sport Behavioral Intervention. The various entities that pursue these outcomes are: Lundy Street Productions; T.R.I.A.G.E. Group Educational Consultants; and K.O. High Boxing.
Lundy Street Productions has the capability to produce High-Def video (in a film format if needed) for feature film, televsion, commercials, documentaries, and legal settlement testimony. In 2009 the production company began making its first feature film, "Moon Creek Cemetery"
T.R.I.A.G.E Group Educational Consultants has a tiered, comprehensive multicultural program that is designed to support ethnic students who feel encumbered by the threat of stereotype during their schooling. T.R.I.A.G.E. reveals how ethnic notions are developed in popular culture and through out-dated school curriculum, and how to ensure students get a complete portrayal of their value as human beings.
K.O. High Boxing was a USA Boxing sanctioned extra-curricular boxing program that began in Woodland Hills, CA in 2005. Boxing greats such as Ken Norton, Sugar Ray Leonard, Emanuel Steward, and Sugar Shane Mosley have all been ringside at some time or another at one of the high school boxing league's shows. Nick Cannon was a Master of Ceremonies for K.O. High before he was Master of Ceremonies for America's Got Talent. Though an affiliate has taken over this venue from the parent company, K.O. High Boxing was the incubus of the and president and CEO of Mark A. Pierce, Incorporated.
